Aloha Friends,
What have we learned from the giant Japan earthquake this March 2011? Ken Arima, a long time training expert in disaster & emergency preparedness, conducted a workshop 1 month later. I recorded that event, assembled photos and produced a 6 part video presentation posted at: www.YouTube.com/rlam50. Click the square red button near the top labeled "Playlists" and you'll see Emergency Workshops - one for HURRICANES and one for EARTHQUAKES.
I recently uploaded the first 3 parts of the 6 part Earthquake Workshop that contain:
This information could save your life and will at least help you sleep well at night. Do others a great favor and pass this on.
Mahalo for your support,

Kung Hee Fat Choy! Alooooooooooooooooooooooha!
Please enjoy our Chinatown parade video posted on YouTube. Thanks to my KungFu brothers who performed with me, and thank you videographers. We also wish the best to you on the Mainland buried in snow as we share our tropical event with you. Please be safe.
Being positioned near the front moved us very quickly to River Street. It was over in no time, and we had fun. A special “Do Jeh” to Chuck Tsui who fed all of us at his food booth. Chinatown was buzzing with hundreds of vendors and thousands of people.
Big Mahalo to the BYU Hawaii nationally ranked Tennis Team who joined with us in the parade. What a big surprise to hear the announcer acknowledge the team as we went by. We missed Coach Dave Porter who could not be here. BTW he is one of the few coaches in the world with over 1,000 career wins and with losses less than 300. Have fun next week at the Phoenix tournament. Rumor has it that Porter’s team is closing in on yet another US national championship.
We saw some of you waving to us – thanks for being loyal fans! And a final thanks to my brother Gerry, Master Sifu, who helped to make our KungFu performance look good. Be sure to pass this on to your beloved family and friends.

Welcome to Sheh-Hui, a common site for members of four University of Hawaii fraternities and sororities: Peng Hui, Tu Chiang Sheh, Yang Chung Hui and Te Chih Sheh. These four Chinese organizations created many great friendships that have lasted for decades, and in some cases, have led to a number of marriages and families. October 9-10, 2009 marks an eventful occasion when the four groups will gather together for two days of reminiscing and sharing, to reconnect again, relive the past and look forward to a future of renewed friendship and camaraderie.
So, come back and revisit this site often at your leisure to see updates, recall old stories, see new photos, post comments and ideas ...
